• When and where is Long Horizon 2026?

  Long Horizon will take place this year on October 20th and 21st at Fort Mason, in San Francisco. We will be in the Gateway Pavilion building.

• Who organises Long Horizon?

  Long Horizon is produced by Encord, the company building the data layer for physical AI. Encord works with the teams building perception and autonomy systems across robotics, AV, and defence, which is what puts us in the best position to bring this community all together in one room.

• What makes Long Horizon different from other robotics conferences? 

  Long Horizon is a summit built for the senior leaders who are setting the direction of Physical AI across robotics, autonomy, and infrastructure. We place less emphasis on academic research and product pitches. Focusing on giving decision-makers a platform to share technical progress and compare notes on where the field is headed.

• Who should attend Long Horizon 2026?

  Long Horizon is designed for Senior AI leaders, founders, and senior practitioners pushing their respective frontiers. We place less emphasis on academic research and product pitches. • Can I attend virtually?

  Long Horizon is an in-person conference designed to maximise networking and hands-on experiences. However, select sessions may be recorded and made available after the event.

• What is the refund or transfer policy?
