Ross leads our GTM hiring efforts at Encord. Before joining the team, he built and scaled hiring functions at some of the fastest-growing B2B and enterprise tech companies, including GoCardless and Thought Machine.

Outside of work, Ross prioritises time with family and getting outdoors. He’s an avid CrossFitter, and finds calm behind the lens of a camera. A perfect weekend? Time outside, a tough workout, and space to recharge.
