Ilaria Occhiolini
Ilaria is our Chief of Staff at Encord. She started her career in real estate finance in Boston and NYC, then moved to London to get a M.S. at London Business School. She spent time at Station F in Paris before joining Tessian as an early employee on the Sales, and later Customer Success, teams.
In her spare time, Ilaria enjoys exploring the great California outdoors, instilling the value of Encord's chicken nugget competition in new joiners and questioning why people insist on adding chicken and pineapple to pizza.
